Orders
A delivery request is not guaranteed until dispatch has reviewed and accepted it. We may contact you to confirm pickup, drop-off, timing, package, courier tier, payment, and courier instruction details.
You are responsible for entering accurate pickup, drop-off, sender, recipient, package, and timing details. Incorrect details may delay or prevent the delivery. You must not send prohibited, illegal, hazardous, or restricted items.
Fees and payment
Delivery fee estimates are calculated from the route, distance, courier tier, package details, and fixed-quote choice shown in the booking flow. The server recalculates distance and fee before an order is created. All fees are in UAE Dirham (AED).
Fee formula: the final fee is the greater of the AED 15 minimum or the calculated route fee plus selected extras. Route fee uses an AED 10 base fee, route distance at AED 2.5 per km, and a pickup fee (AED 5 for a fixed quote / AED 3 for an estimate), with an 8% buffer applied to fixed quotes.
Courier tiers multiply the route fee: Bike 1.0, Car 1.4, Van 2.2. Extras: package size (Medium +AED 5, Large +AED 12, Extra large +AED 25), weight band (5-10kg +AED 5, 10-20kg +AED 12, 20-30kg +AED 22), each item beyond the first +AED 3, fragile handling +AED 10, temperature-controlled +AED 10, and dedicated courier +AED 15. A global pricing adjustment set by dispatch may also apply.
If you choose card payment, Stripe may authorize the fee before dispatch. The card is intended to be captured only when the delivery is marked completed. If you choose cash on delivery, the fee is paid in cash to the courier on completion.
Fixed quote means the fee shown for the selected route, courier tier, package size, weight, handling options, and pickup time applies to that confirmed order. We do not add a separate website booking charge after the fixed quote is confirmed.
If you ask to change the pickup, drop-off, route, courier tier, package details, pickup time, or add a new service after confirmation, dispatch may provide a new quote before continuing with the changed request.
Customer cancellation
Customers may cancel an eligible order from the order status screen until the delivery is marked completed. The cancellation button is not shown after an order is completed, cancelled, or rejected.
There is no cancellation fee in this website flow. If an online card authorization has not been captured, we will request release or cancellation of that authorization through Stripe. The time it takes for a released authorization to disappear from your card or bank account depends on your card issuer or bank.
Dispatch cancellation and service availability
Dispatch may reject or cancel an order if the delivery cannot be fulfilled, details are incomplete, the requested service is unavailable, the item is prohibited or unsafe, payment cannot be authorized where required, or there are safety or operational concerns.
Availability may be affected by demand, traffic, weather, courier availability, vehicle availability, and events outside our reasonable control.
UAE Consumer Protection Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer right or remedy you have under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulations, or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
Google Maps
This website includes Google Maps features and content. Use of Google Maps features and content is subject to the then-current Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Map, route, distance, and time information may differ from actual road, traffic, pickup, and trip conditions.
