Who we are
This Privacy policy explains how Quick Service handles personal information for delivery booking, contact, payment, support, advertising, and website operations.
Business details: Quick Service, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Privacy contact: swaseem600@gmail.com.
Information we collect
We may collect and hold the following information when you use the website:
- Sender and recipient name, phone number, country code, and order reference.
- Pickup, drop-off(s), route distance, route duration, and pickup time.
- Courier tier, package size, weight, item count, handling options, payment, and courier-note details.
- Contact messages, support requests, cancellation requests, and privacy enquiries.
- Coarse browser, device, operating-system, referral-hostname, consent, and pseudonymous journey identifiers when optional Analytics is allowed. Raw IP addresses and raw user-agent strings are not retained in journey analytics.
- A minimal consent receipt containing the policy version, time, granted or denied categories, change source, random receipt ID, and a coarse server-derived regulatory region. It is not linked to booking or form contents.
- Payment status and payment identifiers from PayPal or Ziina. We do not store full card numbers.
- During an active delivery, the courier's live GPS location, direction of travel, speed, location accuracy, device battery level, and the time of the last location update, plus the courier's display name and the pickup, drop-off, and stop labels, which are shown on the public tracking page (see “Live tracking”).
How we collect information
We collect information directly from you when you complete booking forms, use contact links, call or email us, allow browser location access, or complete secure PayPal or Ziina checkout. Draft order details such as pickup, drop-off, sender and recipient details, courier notes, and order status may be temporarily stored in your browser so the booking flow can continue if the page is refreshed. Optional first-party journey analytics and Google Ads measurement remain blocked until the relevant consent is granted.
Why we use information
We use personal information to:
- create, review, dispatch, manage, cancel, and complete deliveries;
- calculate route distance and delivery fee estimates;
- contact senders and recipients about deliveries and support requests;
- process online payments through PayPal or Ziina;
- keep records for business, tax, fraud prevention, safety, and dispute handling;
- with Analytics consent, understand pseudonymous booking journeys, form progress, validation friction, and sessions inferred to have ended after inactivity;
- with Advertising measurement consent, measure approved booking-created and payment-completed conversions in Google Ads.
Service providers and disclosures
We may disclose information to couriers, dispatch staff, payment processors, hosting and database providers, map and route providers, advertising providers, professional advisers, and regulators where required by law.
The website uses Firebase and Google Cloud for hosting, functions, authentication, database, consent receipts, and first-party analytics processing (https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy). It uses PayPal (https://www.paypal.com/legalhub/paypal/privacy-full) and Ziina (https://ziina.com/privacy) for secure online checkout and payment processing. It uses Google Maps Platform for maps, places, route, geocoding, and distance services. When Advertising measurement is allowed, approved conversion data is received by Google Ads.
Purposes, choices, and your rights
We process booking and contact information to provide the delivery service you request, take payment, communicate about the order, secure the service, and meet applicable record-keeping or legal obligations. Optional first-party Analytics and Google Ads measurement are used only with the corresponding consent choice. We do not use the journey system to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for information about your personal data, access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or cessation of processing, and may object or withdraw consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Contact swaseem600@gmail.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where the law or a legal claim requires it.
International processing
Some providers, including Google, Firebase/Google Cloud, PayPal, and Ziina, may process information in the United Arab Emirates and other countries where they or their service providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. We use the providers' applicable contractual, security, and transfer arrangements and disclose only the information required for the service.
Google Maps
The website includes Google Maps features and content. Your use of Google Maps features is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service at https://www.google.com/help/terms_maps/ and the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Location, place, route, and device information may be processed by Google when Maps features are used.
Analytics, Google Ads, cookies, and identifiers
Optional Analytics uses first-party pseudonymous visitor, session, tab, and page-view identifiers to measure allowlisted service engagement, form starts, steps, call-button clicks, validation, booking, repair-request, and payment events. Before Analytics consent, acquisition signals may be classified only in temporary memory and are neither transmitted nor saved. After consent, we retain only an approved source category, a configured canonical campaign label or status, and a fixed landing-page category. Ad click IDs, search terms, full query strings, unsafe campaign values, form values, names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, coordinates, delivery notes, keystrokes, mouse movement, and session replay are never stored in first-party Analytics. Detailed activity is retained for up to 90 days and aggregate reports for up to 13 months.
Google Consent Mode v2 is implemented in Basic mode. The optional Google advertising tag, cookieless advertising pings, Google Ads requests, and first-party behavioural analytics requests remain blocked until the relevant choice is granted. Google Maps is a separate functional service and loads only when you request a location, route, or live map feature. Analytics controls analytics_storage; Advertising measurement controls ad_storage and ad_user_data. Personalized advertising and ad_personalization remain disabled.
With Advertising measurement consent, the conversion fields we deliberately configure are limited to booking-created or payment-completed, permitted value, currency, and a random transaction reference. Like other web requests, the consented Google tag may also receive technical data automatically, including IP address, browser/device information, time, referrer or ad-click information, the page URL we provide, and Google or first-party advertising identifiers/cookies. We restrict the configured page URL to an approved path without query strings or customer data. Internal journey identifiers and form-friction data are never sent to Google. Enhanced conversions and user-provided customer data are not used. Google may use the data for conversion measurement, security, fraud prevention, and service operation under its policies. Learn how Google processes data from partner sites at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and how Google uses cookies at https://policies.google.com/technologies/cookies. You can change or revoke choices at any time using Privacy preferences in the website footer.
Live tracking
When a courier accepts your delivery, we collect the courier's live location from their device during the active delivery — GPS coordinates, direction of travel, speed, location accuracy, and the time of the last location update — together with the device battery level. We show this, along with the courier's display name, on a public tracking page at /track so you can follow the parcel on a map. The pickup, drop-off, and any stop labels shown on that page come from the addresses you enter when booking and may include full street addresses.
The tracking page is public: anyone who has your order tracking link can open it without signing in, for as long as the delivery is active. We only collect and share the courier's live location while the delivery is in progress. When your delivery is completed or cancelled, we delete the live-tracking information (the courier's live location, device battery and speed data, the route labels, and the courier's display name), so it is no longer viewable on the public link after that point. For any question about live tracking, contact us at swaseem600@gmail.com.
Security, retention, and deletion
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No online system is completely secure, but access to booking records is limited and full card details are handled by PayPal or Ziina rather than stored on this website.
We keep booking, contact, payment status, and support records only for as long as needed for delivery operations, accounting and tax records, disputes, safety, fraud prevention, and other legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them. The exact period depends on the record and applicable requirement. Detailed pseudonymous journey events are retained for up to 90 days, aggregate reports and minimal consent receipts for up to 13 months, and short-lived analytics rate-limit records for no more than 48 hours. Google, payment providers, and other processors apply their own disclosed retention schedules. You may request deletion, but some records may need to be retained where legally or operationally required.
Access, correction, and complaints
You may exercise the applicable rights described above by emailing swaseem600@gmail.com. Include your name and order reference if available; provide a phone number only if it is needed to locate or verify the record. Do not send identity documents unless we specifically and securely request them.
If you have a privacy complaint, email us first so we can review and respond. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the UAE Data Office established under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).
Payment policy
Delivery fees are calculated from the route distance, package size, weight, item count, and handling options shown in the booking flow. The server recalculates the distance and fee before an order is created. All fees are in UAE Dirham (AED).
If you pay online, your fee is charged in full when you confirm payment, before dispatch. Paying with Ziina is charged in UAE Dirham (AED). Paying by card through PayPal is processed in US Dollars, so the AED fee shown is converted to its US Dollar equivalent at the fixed rate of 3.6725 AED to 1 USD, and your card issuer may apply a foreign-transaction fee. If you choose cash on delivery, the fee is paid in cash to the courier when the delivery is completed.
When a fixed quote is confirmed for the selected route, courier tier, package size, weight, handling options, and pickup time, we do not add a separate website booking charge on top of it. Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, waiting time, or changes requested after confirmation.
Cancellation policy
You can cancel an unpaid order from the order status screen before you complete payment. For a paid order, contact us with your order reference to cancel and request a refund, as long as the delivery has not been completed. The cancellation option is not shown after an order is completed, cancelled, or rejected.
There is no website cancellation fee in this booking flow unless clearly stated at the time of booking. Dispatch may also cancel a request where it cannot be fulfilled, details are incomplete, the requested service is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, or there are safety or operational concerns.
Refund policy
If you paid online and your order is cancelled or rejected before completion, we refund the payment to your original payment method through the provider you used (Ziina or PayPal). The time it takes for a refund to appear depends on the payment provider and your card issuer or bank.
Cash-on-delivery fees are settled directly with the courier, so any cash adjustment is handled at the door. If a valid duplicate or incorrect website charge occurs, contact us with your order reference and we will review it and refund where the charge is found to be valid.
Repair services and device data
When you book a mobile, laptop, or tablet repair, we collect the device type, problem description, pickup and return addresses, contact details, and any access credentials or passwords needed to diagnose the device. We only request credentials when they are necessary to complete the diagnosis, and we ask that you remove sensitive data before handing over the device wherever possible.
We may need to verify that you are the owner of the device or are authorised to request the repair. We may refuse service if ownership or authority cannot be reasonably verified.
You are responsible for backing up your data before pickup. We are not responsible for data loss, software corruption, or settings changes that occur during diagnosis or repair, including where a factory reset or operating-system reinstall is required. Pre-existing cosmetic damage, such as scratches, dents, or cracked glass, is noted where visible, but we are not liable for damage that was already present.
Devices and any related data are handled only by the staff or technicians needed to perform the service. We do not browse, copy, or retain your personal files beyond what is necessary to complete the repair, and we delete temporary diagnostic data when it is no longer needed.
For liquid-damage devices, damage is often progressive and may not be fully visible at first assessment. We will describe what we find, but we cannot guarantee recovery or that the device will remain stable after assessment or attempted repair.
