Refund policy
If an online card authorization has not been captured, we will request release or cancellation of that authorization through Stripe. The time it takes for a released authorization to disappear from your card or bank account depends on your card issuer or bank.
Cash-on-delivery fees are settled directly with the courier, so any cash adjustment is handled at the door. If a valid duplicate or incorrect website charge occurs, contact us with your order reference and we will review it and refund where the charge is found to be valid.
How to request a refund
Email support@swiftdrop.ae or call +968 9243 4066 with your order reference, the delivery date, and a short description. We review valid website refund requests and respond by email.
